  • What You'll Do

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions
  • Build and enhance workflows that improve service delivery and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT leadership to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Drive adoption of best practices and out-of-the-box functionality to reduce complexity and improve long-term sustainability
  • Ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, and aligned with platform governance standards
  • Support a 24/7 on-call rotation as part of operational coverage
  • Technical Leadership & Influence

    While this role does not include direct people management, it plays a critical role in technical leadership through expertise and influence.

    In this role, you will:

  • Serve as a senior technical expert and trusted advisor for the ServiceNow platform
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to ServiceNow developers
  • Influence architecture, design decisions, and engineering best practices
  • Partner with stakeholders to shape solutions and drive platform adoption
  • Elevate team capability through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and coaching
  • What You Bring:

    Required

  • 5-8+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
  • Strong hands-on development experience (JavaScript, Glide, APIs, workflows, integrations)
  • Experience mentoring or guiding technical teams in Agile or hybrid environments
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions
  • Strong understanding of platform governance, data models, and performance optimization
  • Knowledge of secure development practices and application security principles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) with current Delta certifications
  • Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field strongly preferred, or equivalent years of additional experience
  • Experience in healthcare or highly regulated environments
  • Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS, CAD)
  • ITIL Certification
  • Experience working with enterprise integration frameworks and automation initiatives
  • Experience with PeopleSoft, Sale Point, or EPIC
