Role Overview:
Seeking a Process Manager to support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) within GBS, focused on documenting, standardizing, and optimizing end-to-end supplier payment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Document SOPs, workflows, and RACI for P2P processes
Partner with SMEs on supplier onboarding, invoicing, and payments
Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
Identify process and automation improvements using Oracle Fusion, ServiceNow, and Automation Anywhere
Drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma
Define KPIs/SLAs to monitor performance

Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree
2-3 years' P2P or process management experience
Strong finance process & internal controls knowledge
Hands-on Oracle Fusion experience (required)
Exposure to ServiceNow and/or Automation Anywhere
Lean/Six Sigma or process improvement experience
Strong stakeholder collaboration skills
Willingness to travel internationally if needed
