Position Summary Our manufacturing site located in Washington, MO is entering an exciting phase of business growth and continuous improvement-and we are seeking an HR Leader who is ready to make a visible, hands-on impact. This is a key leadership role in a fast-paced production environment where relationships matter, decisions move quickly, and HR is a true business partner. You'll help shape a positive team member experience from the shop floor to the leadership team, strengthening engagement, supporting talent development, and ensuring consistent, fair people practices. Job Summary: With limited supervision, this role will function as the primary on-site HR point of contact, acting as an advisor to local leadership while managing the full employee lifecycle, compliance, and culture. This role requires high autonomy, proficiency in HRIS systems, and the ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with daily administrative tasks. Scope/ Supervision and Interaction: May have direct reports and generally reports to HR Manager or Division HR Manager. Responsibilities
