A Taste of What You'll Do As a Business Development Manager - New Business (Malt & RTD Beverage), you will play a critical role in bringing Gallo's portfolio to life across retail and on premise accounts. You are accountable for executing the sales plan, delivering revenue results, and maximizing contribution by working through distributor partners across your assigned state or states. Acting as a Gallo brand representative, you will build trusted relationships, influence execution in market, and ensure our brands are positioned to win where it matters most. In this role, you will balance strategic thinking with hands on execution. You will assess market data, identify growth opportunities, and make informed pricing and programming recommendations while ensuring alignment with winery priorities. Your ability to focus time and resources on the highest impact opportunities will directly influence brand performance and distributor engagement. You will collaborate closely with distributor leadership, sales managers, and cross functional partners to deliver annual plans, launch new items, and execute national and local programs. Through training, coaching, and in market presence, you will elevate selling capability and drive consistent execution. Whether leading tastings, supporting consumer engagement events, or leveraging digital tools and insights, you will serve as a Gallo ambassador and champion for our brands in the marketplace.
