Position Summary

B2B marketing is evolving-and so are we. At Omnicom, we're building a new kind of demand generation engine-one powered by media, data, and buying group orchestration, not just lead volume. We're looking for a Manager of B2B Digital Investment, Custom Content & Demand Generation to support the execution of this vision. This is a hybrid role for someone who thrives in both program management and technical execution-managing custom publisher programs while ensuring the seamless flow of data across ABM platforms, content syndication partners, and CRM systems. You'll play a critical role in bringing demand programs to life-working across media, data, and client teams to deliver high-quality, conversion-ready leads and measurable pipeline impact for our B2B clients.

This pivotal and strategic role is responsible for leading the development and execution of all digital media investment strategies, partnership negotiations, custom content programs, and the operational engine of B2B demand generation. This individual will drive innovative solutions that combine traditional digital media buying with bespoke content creation, syndication, and sophisticated demand generation tactics.

The role requires a blend of strong negotiation skills, strategic media planning expertise, a creative eye for impactful content, and a deep understanding of B2B demand generation mechanics, lead flow, and marketing technology. The Manager will foster robust relationships with digital media and publisher partners, oversee campaign execution, and ensure the seamless integration of custom content, syndication, ABM, and lead management efforts to deliver groundbreaking work that resonates within the B2B landscape. They will also be responsible for ensuring high-quality deliverables and potentially mentoring a team of associates.
