As a Recruiting Specialist, you are extremely innovative and creative in your recruiting strategies. You play an important role on the recruiting team, supporting all efforts in attracting the best employees for ECS. Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Support Environmental and BS+I recruiters with day-to-day recruiting coordination activities
  • Manage andmaintainall hourly job openings company-wide within assigned divisions
  • Post, update, and remove job advertisements across recruiting platforms and internal systems
  • Conduct initial resume reviews and candidate prescreening prior to recruiter review
  • Assistwith scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication
  • Build andmaintaincandidate pipelines, talent pools, and recruiting spreadsheets/databases
  • Source and organize passive candidate leads for current and future hiring needs
  • Maintainaccuratecandidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Process all internal offer letters for assigned divisions
  • Provide administrative support for external offer letters
  • Assistwith onboarding coordination and pre-employment documentationin coordination with local HR representatives
  • Ensure recruiting documentation and candidate filesremainorganized and compliant
  • Support recruiting reporting and tracking metrics as requested
  • Communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
  • Provide general recruiting and administrative support to help improve recruiting efficiency and organization

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications Required:

  • 2-3 years of recruiting support, HR support, or talent acquisition experience preferred
  • Experience working in an applicant tracking system (ATS) preferred; iCIMS experience highly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Ability tomaintainconfidentiality and professionalism
  • Experience supporting recruiting teams in professional services, engineering, environmental consulting, or technical industries
  • Experience building talent pipelines and candidate sourcing lists
  • Familiarity with recruiting workflows and offer letter processes
