Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Sr. Mgr. I&I End-to-End Operations! We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. The Senior Manager, I&I End to End Business Operations plays a pivotal role in enabling growth and execution across a the International & Ingredients organization. Sitting on the Strategy & Insights Center of Excellence team, this role has responsibility for driving operations excellence and continuous improvement across our international branded and global ingredients business.

This leader will translate strategy into scalable, efficient ways of working-partnering closely with globally distributed cross-functional teams and HQ resources to ensure strong operational foundations that support commercial performance.

A Day in the Life...

Drive EndtoEnd Operational Excellence

  • Own and optimize endtoend processes across business units, enabling robust operational support for the long-range plan.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve how work gets done, balancing global consistency with local market needs.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance speed, clarity, and effectiveness for business teams.
  • Support Network Optimization efforts across the I&I organization aligned with long-range plan priorities
  • Provide oversight of key international operations disciplines, including pipeline management and co-packer/co-manufacturer performance tracking
  • Partner with regional operations managers to ensure processes and partner capabilities enable commercial priorities and growth strategies.
  • Support commercial leads on sales operations facilitating smooth execution of strategic priorities.
  • Act as a central connector across markets to share best practices and drive alignment.

Enable Strategy Execution

  • Translate international commercial strategy into clear operational plans, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Support annual planning, longrange planning, and key transformation initiatives impacting international operations.
  • Leverage analytics to drive visibility, efficiency and fact-based decision making across I&I.

Deliver Governance & Performance Tracking Frameworks

  • Define and monitor key operational KPIs to provide visibility into performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Establish governance forums and operating rhythms (e.g., business reviews, performance updates) to drive operational accountability.

Lead Through Influence

  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Sales, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and other enabling teams across geographies.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and lead change without direct authority.
  • Support change management for new processes, tools, and ways of working.

What We Are Looking For:

Required

Experience & Background

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years of experience in sales & commercial operations, business operations, strategy, or management consulting, ideally in a global or international environment
  • Demonstrated experience leading process improvement and operational excellence initiatives across manufacturing, logistics, sales or gotomarket teams
  • Experience working across regions, cultures, and varying market maturity levels

Capabilities & Skills

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute and deliver results
  • Deep understanding of operations and commercial operating models
  • Analytical and datadriven, with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder and influencing skills
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading change in complex organizations

Preferred

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred

Education:

Bachelor of Arts (Required) Master's Degree (Preferred)

Work Experience:

At least 7 Years of Experience

Annual Salary:

$128,000 - $176,000

The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position's typical hiring range.
