FTE: 1.0 Shift: variable Position Summary The Pharmacy Resident PGY1 (Post Graduate Year) will acquire additional knowledge and experience beyond traditional academic experience, undergraduate pharmacy clerkships and general practice hospital experience. Will actively participate in the development and implementation of department goals and objectives to improve pharmaceutical services and standards of patient care. Promotes department's delivery of pharmaceutical care with the primary focus on patient outcome. This is a pharmacy practice residency position with work rotations scheduled with the clinical staff pharmacists and pharmacist specialists (MHS). Work situations are varied requiring a strong pharmaceutical knowledge base, organization, problem solving, decision making, data analysis, and leadership. Internal contacts include all levels of staff and management. External contacts include physicians, competing organizations, and professional peers.Requirements

Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $80,168.40 - $80,168.40 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
