Job Responsibilities:
The Composite Operator I will support client Valencia"s composite production area by assisting with demolding layup parts, cleaning molds, and preparing molds for the next layup cycle. This person will train on 1st shift for approximately two weeks, then transition to 2nd shift. The role requires hands-on production discipline and is best suited for candidates with epoxy, wet setup, composite layup support, bonding, mold prep, mold cleaning, or similar manufacturing experience. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite in an aerospace production environment and following process instructions, safety requirements, and quality standards.

Software/Tools Used:
Epoxy/wet setup materials, layup parts, molds, mold cleaning tools, mold prep materials, PPE, hand tools, work instructions, production travelers, bonding materials, release agents, cleaning materials, shop-floor production documentation.

Top 3 Skills/Must haves:
1.Epoxy/wet setup, composite, bonding, layup support, mold prep, or related hands-on production experience.
2.Ability to demold layup parts, clean molds, and prepare molds for the next layup cycle.
3.Willingness to train on 1st shift for approximately two weeks and then move to 2nd shift.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Composite manufacturing experience, aerospace production experience, wet layup, epoxy, mold cleaning, mold prep, bonding, demolding, trimming, sanding, hands-on production work, ability to follow work instructions, comfort with PPE and process-driven manufacturing.
