Fellowship Program Highlights: - Full time, paid and benefited position as an APP Fellow with Mass General Brigham - Hands-on primary care training with experienced physician and APP mentors - Exposure to specialties through shadowing (Women's Health, Cardiology, Orthopedics, and more!!) - Interactive didactic sessions with supplemental online education to deepen knowledge - Personalized feedback to maximize your development - Become credentialed and licensed to prescribe during the program - Guided into your ideal long-term job placement at Mass General Brigham Program Goals: - Build skills, confidence, and competence through structured clinical training, mentorship, targeted education, and exposure to specialties. - Prepare and position newly licensed NPs and PAs for successful long-term careers at Mass General Brigham. We are not formally posting our Fellowship placements until Summer 2026, with interviews expected to begin in July. However, please feel free to submit to this posting in the meantime to express your interest. Summary Participates in training program for Nurse Practitioners. Required to be a licensed NP. Does this position require Patient Care? Yes Essential Functions -Completes clinical rotations in hospital. -Functions as an NP in department of rotations. -Provides patient diagnosis and treatment. -Writes prescriptions following hospital guidelines. -Attends lectures, trainings, and other educational opportunities.
