To Crush This Job

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of machine operator experience.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate industrial equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Your Role on the Floor

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safety procedures and report hazards immediately.
• Maintain compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.

Operations

• Operate and monitor KP production equipment and systems.
• Inspect equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot issues and work with maintenance teams on repairs.

Quality Control

• Perform product sampling and quality checks.
• Ensure materials and finished products meet specifications.

Continuous Improvement

• Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
• Recommend ideas to improve operations.

Material Handling

• Operate material-handling equipment as needed.
• Assist with minor maintenance and other production duties.
• Cross-train in other production areas when needed.
