Material Handler

Warehouse Material Handler - 12 Month Renewable Contract

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM | $20.00/hr.

We are hiring a Warehouse Material Handler for a long-term renewable contract opportunity. This role supports warehouse, inventory, and shipping operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with inventory systems, material handling equipment, and shipping processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, issue, return, and stage inventory materials
• Prepare materials and equipment for shipping
• Perform goods receipts, returns, and inventory transactions in SAP
• Support kitting, staging, and repair/return material processes
• Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment
• Assist with hazardous material shipping activities
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse documentation
• Follow all warehouse, safety, environmental, and inventory procedures
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to obtain a TWIC card through DHS background screening
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to safely operate a forklift (training provided if needed)
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SAP, shipping, inventory, or warehouse operations preferred
