Bright Horizons is seeking a dynamic Senior HRIS Analyst to join our team and play a key role in supporting and enhancing our UKG WFM Time Keeping system. This role serves as the functional and technical subjectmatter expert, ensuring accurate time capture, pay rule execution, accrual plans, compliance with labor regulations, and seamless integration with payroll and other downstream systems. Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary system administrator and SME for UKG Time & Attendance.
  • Expert level knowledge of UKG Timekeeping with the ability to lead in the design, configuration, testing and deployment of new modules / functionality, security design, and reporting for the US and UK.
  • Configure and maintain complex pay policies, labor rules, schedules, attestations, and accruals, ensuring compliance with US federal/state and UK statutory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain all inbound/outbound UKG integrations supporting both US and UK
  • Manage testing cycles, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Lead in initiatives that collaborate with HR, Payroll, Legal, and IT Teams to gather and document business requirements and transfer into functional specifications that ensure compliance and efficiency across multiple regions, including the US and UK
  • Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the functional and technical impacts of UKG configuration decisions to stakeholder groups.
  • Responsible for Data Management activities including data audits, data cleanup strategy, creation of cleanup tools (EIBs, etc.) and manual cleanup work.
  • Assist and provide Level 2/3 Support on HR production issues including ticket resolution.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, 5 years of additional experience would be considered in lieu of degree
  • 5 years Business Analyst or related experience, with at least 4 years focused on Workday Payroll and UKG Timekeeping for US and UK
  • Experience in UKG to design and present solutions with options to business and HR stakeholders.
  • Experience with US time-off and time capture laws established in each state in the US and all of UK requiring complex configuration and build/maintenance of things like attestations
  • Experience configuring timekeeping rules, accruals, schedules, attestations, and pay policies.
  • Experience with Pay rules, work rules, accruals, wage & hour compliance and payroll impacts for US and UK
  • Experience with timeline planning, requirements definition and documentation, test planning, deployment approaches.
  • Experience with US and UK HCM, Payroll and Time and Attendance knowledge of the downstream impacts of making changes in global systems.
  • Knowledge and experience with scheduling tools including UKG scheduling module and how scheduling or lack of scheduling tools impacts the overall performance of UKG time and attendance system

Preferred Skills:

  • Demonstrated UKG expertise to design and present solutions with options to business and HR stakeholders.
  • Strong expertise in Pay rules, work rules, accruals, wage & hour compliance and payroll impacts for US and UK
  • Ability to build and maintain all UKG inbound/outbound integrations
  • UKG Pro WFM and/or UKG Dimensions certification.
  • Knowledge / experience with multiple SaaS HR technology platforms and tools.
  • Knowledge of Workday payroll and benefit modules for UK and US.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to summarize and present findings or challenges to all levels of staff and management.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with a strong aptitude for leveraging tools such as UKG Community to investigate issues and deliver effective, well-researched solutions.
  • Outstanding Excel skills and knowledge of MS Project or other Cloud based Project management tools.

Theannual salaryfor this position is between$95,000 - $151,000. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business ororganizational factors.

Also, depending on hire date and subject to applicable eligibility requirements and accrual schedules, new employees in this role receive up to: 9 paid holidays annually; 40 hours of sick time per year based on full-time schedule, and 120 hours of vacation time per year based on full-time schedule(vacation time may be used for sick leave purposes under any applicable state or local sick or safe time law).
