The Job at a Glance As a Customer Partnerships Manager, you will lead and develop a high-performing, remote, outbound sales team focused on driving revenue growth and expanding market share. This role combines hands-on selling with leadership responsibilities, ensuring your team consistently exceeds performance goals. You will cultivate relationships with both new and existing customers, coach team members on outbound strategies, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize sales performance. The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 annually based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Encompass is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a commission, and bonus opportunity depending on the role.
