Warehouse Associate Marietta, GA Monday - Friday 7 AM to 4 PM Pay: $20.00 - $21.50 per hour 26-04653 Job Summary The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including picking and stocking orders, moving materials between the storeroom and warehouse, and assisting with basic customer service interactions. This role requires safe operation of material handling equipment, including a cherry picker, and involves handling incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure accurate order fulfillment and efficient warehouse flow. The position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work in a physically demanding, non-climate-controlled environment. Job Responsibilities Pull, pick, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently Receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming materials and inventory Transport materials between warehouse and storeroom locations as needed Operate a cherry picker to access and retrieve materials at elevated heights Assist with sit-down forklift operations as needed (training provided if required) Maintain accurate order processing using work orders and inventory documentation Support basic customer service interactions related to warehouse operations Ensure warehouse areas remain clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines during daily tasks Assist with inventory management, including stocking, returns, and receiving functions Job Requirements 6 months to 1 year of recent warehouse experience required 6 months of cherry picker experience required, with comfort working at heights of 15-25 feet Ability to read and understand work orders Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, pulling, and standing for an 8-hour shift Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Experience in warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory preferred Sit-down forklift experience preferred (training available) Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment with exposure to high temperatures Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred Work Experience Minimum 6 months to 1 year of warehouse experience required Cherry picker equipment experience required About Equiliem Equiliem believes in empowering success.
