DEPARTMENT: Marketing LOCATION: Roseville, CA
Job Summary and Scope of Responsibility: Support the execution and coordination of marketing initiatives for the Bank by managing marketing request intake, coordinating projects, and supporting the delivery of campaigns and programs across all business lines. This role partners closely with Banking Services and Loan Services teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and customer needs, while also coordinating with external creative and content partners.

- Responsible for the intake of internal marketing requests, ensuring requests are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with marketing and business objectives.
- Coordinate marketing projects from concept through execution, including timelines, milestones, approvals, and deliverables.
- Track multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Partner with Banking Services and Loan Services teams to understand product, campaign, and market needs and translate them into effective marketing initiatives.
- Support alignment between marketing programs and sales strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Communicate project status, timelines, and deliverables clearly to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external vendors (creative agencies, designers, writers, and other content partners).
- Assist with briefing business partners, reviewing drafts, and gathering feedback.
- Ensure creative assets and content align with brand standards and compliance requirements.
- Support corporate social media programs, including content planning and scheduling.
- Assist with content strategy and editorial calendars.
- Maintain organization of marketing assets, documentation and project files.
- Assist with basic reporting and tracking of marketing activities.
- Support other marketing and administrative tasks as needed.
Minimum Qualifications to Perform Essential Functions Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience and/or Education:
- 1-3 years of Marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Experience supporting corporate social media programs
