What you will be doing:
Safety Leadership: Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to workplace safety by prioritizing established protocols and maintaining a "safety-first" mindset in all daily operations.
Inventory Management & Fulfillment: Coordinate daily product availability to ensure all orders for Independent Business Partners are fulfilled accurately and on schedule.
Operational Efficiency: Strategically stage products within the pick-path to optimize accessibility and streamline the order fulfillment process.
Quality Assurance & Auditing: Conduct comprehensive audits of inbound and outbound shipments to verify accuracy, identifying and reporting any discrepancies immediately.
Data Integrity: Utilize the AS400 system to perform inventory adjustments, ensuring real-time data accuracy and robust record-keeping.
Inventory Balancing: Monitor and balance daily inventory levels to guarantee consistent product availability for all distribution routes.
Route & Return Reconciliation: Oversee the auditing of route departures and returns to ensure all products and secondary handlings are documented and processed correctly.
Facility Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional warehouse environment through consistent housekeeping practices.
Food Safety Compliance: Uphold and enforce all corporate food safety standards and regulatory requirements within the sales center to ensure product integrity.
