Under the supervision of the Operations Manager or Shift Supervisor, the Back-Up Operator is responsible for supporting operations across the Powder Coating Line, including Pretreatment & Wastewater, Powder Coating, and Quality. This role provides interim coverage during breaks, absences, and vacations, ensuring safe, efficient production while maintaining quality and environmental standards. This position operates in a manufacturing setting and may be exposed to extreme temperatures, loud noise, dust, and uneven walking surfaces.
