SUMMARY
Responsible for providing system and data support including training to users for all systems utilized by Alliant's Employee Benefits operating group. Develops processes to ensure consistent client delivery, create efficiencies, and consistent standards across various systems for scalability growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborates with senior management to identify priorities supporting Employee Benefits' systems and data;
- Provides user support across all Employee Benefits' systems that includes user access, system troubleshooting, data management;
- Analyzes Employee Benefits' systems for enhancements, user trends, opportunities for process improvement, and conducting system testing;
- Responsible for process and system improvement initiatives to enhance the functionality for stakeholders, end users, and ResourcePro, including identification of possible enhancements and process improvement opportunities, presenting recommendations, implementation, testing and deployment;
- Leads the process for profile creation and administration to provide proper access for the end users;
- Reviews clients' and Employee Benefits' systems data for quality, mapping, alignment, and consolidation of data from disparate systems;
- Creates and reviews process documentation, data standards, job aids, and knowledge library content to support users throughout the client's lifecycle;
- Conducts periodic audits of system licenses and works with offices for feedback, and provides ongoing research and communication with corporate;
- Generates and extracts reports from Salesforce and BenefitPoint including ad-hoc reporting;
- Provides training to end users for the benefit systems that includes Benefit Analyst to Producers;
- Creates training aids, presentations, and videos on the benefit systems and updates as needed;
- Performs data entry and system support maintenance to ensure benefits data integrity and provides transitional support;
- Partners with IT on license and user access to benefits systems;
- Maintains the license and expense reallocation reports for accounting;
- Provides support with BenefitPoint revenue management and reviews for quality assurance;
- Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information);
- Provides data and/or administrative support for acquisitions;
- Assists with support on special projects as needed;
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Three (3) or more years of related work experience
Insurance industry or health plans operations experience
BenefitPoint and/or Saleforce experience
SKILLS
Knowledge of Brainshark or other content creation tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail skills
Excellent problem solving and time management skills
