We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join the team! The Senior HR Business Partner plays a key role in shaping the people strategy that enables technical talent to do meaningful work-balancing applied research, product delivery, and long-term capability building. This role partners closely with technical and business leaders to build an inclusive culture, support leadership effectiveness, and sustain a healthy and engaged workforce within one of Microsoft's most forward-looking portfolios. The role requires business insight, credibility with technical leaders, and the ability to translate complexity into clear, people-centered outcomes that support both individuals and the organization. This role will be based out of Redmond. HR Business Partnership IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
