About the role

The Business Process Analyst - AI Enablement & Change supports the adoption and effective use of enterprise AI solutions across FIS Client Office organizations, including Delivery, Support, and Managed Services.

This role focuses on analyzing, improving, and integrating business processes while working closely with teams and designated change champions to embed AI-enabled ways of working into daytoday operations. The analyst balances handson process work with change enablement, education, and continuous improvement to help teams get the most value from existing AI capabilities.

Location- Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote): Jacksonville, FL or Milwaukee, WI or Atlanta, GA

What you will be doing

  • Analyze, document, and improve business and systems processes, incorporating AI-enabled capabilities where appropriate

  • Support AI adoption initiatives by partnering with change champions and operational teams

  • Diagram, evaluate, and recommend improvements to existing endtoend processes

  • Participate in and facilitate crossfunctional workshops and working sessions

  • Develop and maintain process metrics to measure performance and improvement impact

  • Collect and analyze data to identify root causes of operational and process issues

  • Support quality improvement and reengineering efforts aligned to performance gaps

  • Assist with training, documentation, and knowledgesharing related to new processes and AI usage

  • Monitor adoption and provide feedback to improve usability, clarity, and effectiveness

  • Perform cost and benefit analyses to support prioritization decisions

  • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders

  • Stay current on internal and external best practices in process improvement and AI enablement

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

What you will bring

  • Business process analysis, modeling, and documentation (current and future state)

  • Process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement)

  • Ability to identify and integrate AI-enabled capabilities into operational workflows

  • Data analysis, root cause analysis, and performance measurement techniques

  • Facilitation of workshops and crossfunctional working sessions

  • Change enablement and adoption support skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, across technical and nontechnical audiences

  • Ability to translate complex concepts into practical, actionable guidance

  • Stakeholder management and collaboration across diverse teams

  • Working knowledge of enterprise tools (process modeling, collaboration, documentation)

  • Organizational awareness and the ability to navigate matrixed environments

  • Continuous learning mindset, especially related to AI and emerging technologies
