  * Experience Level: 7+ years in service delivery management,2+ years of experience with Managed Service Provider experience + bachelor's degree of equivalent
  * Key Skills: ITIL Foundations Certification, PMP Certification

  
  
  
  
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery Management or IT operations.
  • 2+ years of experience working with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • ITIL Foundation Certification is required.
  • PMP Certification is preferred or desired.
  • Proven experience in managing service delivery, client relationships, and service performance.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
  • Experience managing service-level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and service improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
