The Senior Contracts and Grants Analyst serves as a key member of the School of Medicine's Finance and Administration team, providing advanced pre- and post-award research administration support to faculty and departments. This position is responsible for developing and managing complex research proposals and awards, ensuring compliance with federal, state, sponsor, and University policies, and supporting the effective financial stewardship of sponsored funds. The incumbent partners with principal investigators and departmental stakeholders to facilitate proposal submissions, oversee financial management of awards, and provide guidance on regulatory and fiscal requirements, ultimately contributing to the success and sustainability of the School of Medicine's research programs.

There is one position available at various levels for the Contracts and Grants Analyst recruitments. The full salary range for the Senior Contracts and Grants Analyst is $68,500 - $121,900 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $95,200 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
