Position Overview:

The ERP Business Analyst is primarily responsible for partnering and collaborating across departments as the functional subject matter expert of our core ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3) as well as smaller, ancillary systems.

Responsibilities:

* Provide functional support of the ERP Platform; understand, research, and resolve daily ad-hoc operational/functional questions for end-users.

* Lead and facilitate initial design sessions with key business stakeholders.

* Document "as-is" and "to-be" process flows, depicting gaps and opportunities.

* Translate business needs into detailed software design requirements.

* Author Functional Design Documents incorporating business requirements and solution design options.

* Setup new and existing customers on requested EDI transaction sets. Complete thorough testing of the complete end-to-end solution with the customer.

* Process EDI transactions including purchase orders, sales orders, acknowledgements, advance shipping notice, invoices and others using Vantage Point.

* Support and analyze data using Microsoft SQL Server tools; generate and execute necessary SQL queries for analysis.

* Create and/or edit system documentation, FAQ's, and training materials.

* Design, develop and test integrating report components from multiple data sources using business intelligence tools for ETL, into a data warehouse and data cubes.

* Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and work closely with technical resources to correct defects.

* Coordinate and manage user acceptance testing of system changes and enhancements, as well as any necessary training.

* Assist with required change management activities as enhancements are rolled out.

* Analyze support issues and facilitate discussion with end users and support team to explain business logic.

* Facilitate communication between all necessary parties to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of support resolution.

* Create and maintain issue resolution documentation.

* Support continuous process improvement through the facilitation and implementation of forward-thinking solutions and efficiencies.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in business, computer science and/or related field or equivalent experience.

* 3+ years' strong ERP knowledge and analysis experience (preferably in Microsoft Dynamics AX).

* 3+ years' strong EDI experience

* 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing background (preferably in a food or retail industry).

* Strong understanding of ETL principles, data modeling, data hierarchies, data relationships, and measures.

* Proficient use of reporting tools and creating Reporting Services (SSRS) reports

* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex projects.

* Excellent listening, and oral/written communication skills.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to spot and correct problems before they surface.

* Able to creatively problem solve.

* Flexible, proactive, and able to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.

* Exhibit a high-level of intellectual curiosity; ask the right questions to ensure a thorough understanding of the opportunity.

* Able to solve complex problems as well as seek out answers with minimal information (work in the gray).

* Microsoft Dynamics AX certifications are a plus.

* Able to travel between facilities, as needed.

Hours, Location and Pay:

We offer a competitive base pay rate and benefits package for full-time employees. This role works standard business hours Monday - Friday at our Little Chute, WI manufacturing facility. Occasional travel to our Neenah, WI facilities, as needed.

* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, hear, use hands to type data, use a personal computer and telephone. This employee may occasionally have to operate business machines and lift and/move up to 50 pounds.
