Responsibilities



In addition to the essential job functions described below, all associates will perform duties as requested by management. Responsibilities may vary based on location and business needs.



  • Support assigned sales representatives with daily account management and sales activities
  • Provide coverage for sales representatives, including responding to customer inquiries and managing requests
  • Process customer orders (fuel, lubricants, tanks, and related services) accurately and in a timely manner
  • Obtain, create, and manage purchase orders to support customer and operational needs
  • Assist in coordinating delivery schedules, service timelines, and logistics with operations teams
  • Maintain schedules and tracking for delivery compliance and service completion requirements
  • Analyze tank reports and customer data to ensure timely completion of monthly service requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and opportunity information within Salesforce
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and communicate leads to the sales team for follow-up
  • Communicate customer feedback, market insights, and service opportunities to internal stakeholders
  • Escalate customer concerns or service issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution
  • Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of products and services with internal teams and customers
  • Attend product and sales training to enhance knowledge and support sales effectiveness
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Maintain regular, reliable attendance and engagement in on-site activities



Qualifications



  • Minimum of 1+ year of administrative, sales support, or related experience, preferably in oilfield, energy, or industrial environments
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Reside withing reasonable commuting distance
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and follow-through
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively across teams
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional travel as needed


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience supporting oilfield, fuel, lubricant, or industrial service operations
  • Familiarity with logistics, delivery coordination, or field service environments
  • Exposure to sales processes, pipeline tracking, or account management support
