Clinical Supervisor (LCSW-C) - Immediate Opening

We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join a growing behavioral health team for an upcoming vacancy. This role is needed immediately.

The Clinical Supervisor must hold an active LCSW-C license and be a Maryland Board-Approved Supervisor. This role involves overseeing licensed therapists and/or interns within an outpatient mental health setting, ensuring high-quality clinical care, compliance with regulatory standards, and ongoing clinical development of staff.

This position may be structured as either a W-2 employee or a 1099 independent contractor, depending on preference and availability.

W-2 Full-Time Position

• Salary: Low $80Ks
• Full benefits included
• 40 hours per week
• On-site reporting required one day per week
• Supervisory caseload: up to 12-13 clinicians

1099 Contract Position

• Pay: $50/hour
• Fully remote with flexible scheduling
• Estimated workload: ~3 hours per week per supervisee
• Current caseload: approximately 9 therapists (~27 hours/week total)
