Location: Westminster, MD Hourly Pay: $18.14/hr Position Type: Temp to Hire Shift: Monday - Thursday \| 6 AM - 3:30 PM, Friday \| 6 AM - 10 AM Advantage Technical is hiring an HVAC Assembler for a precision manufacturer supplying climate control systems to the rail industry. What You'll Do Conduct prebuild inspections of components, documenting any handling damage prior to assembly Use hand, pneumatic, and power tools to assemble HVAC units per drawing specifications and approved work instructions Install gaskets, insulation, and hardware; prepare surfaces and apply sealants and taping at various build stages Monitor consumable shelf life and follow established disposal procedures Maintain a safe, clean work environment in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22163, ISO 14001, and HSE standards Support fellow technicians and report any part or equipment defects to your supervisor What You Bring Ability to read and follow drawing specifications and work instructions Experience using hand, pneumatic, and power tools Commitment to quality, safety, and compliance standards Benefits Through Advantage Technical Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) Life and disability insurance Employee assistance program Apply now and let's get to work.
