Position Overview The Vice President of Community Building and Programming supports OCHIN's reputation as a trusted innovation and solutions partner by strengthening OCHIN's ability to share knowledge, connect member communities, and support collaborative learning across our member network. This role advances OCHIN's business goals and priorities by activating member engagement, peer learning and community building through OCHIN's ecosystem of communities, forums and channels. This role partners OCHIN's Chief Strategy and Communications Officer and leaders from across the department and organization to lead and develop cohesive programming, community building and experience strategies that heighten the relevancy, substance and impact of member executive committee meetings, member operational and clinical workgroups, and OCHIN's Learning Forum event. Adept at turning business goals into relevant and consultative conversations and using data-driven insights to deepen community connection, this relational leader is proficient at working cross-functionally to drive impact and leads a high-performance team responsible for member-focused informational campaigns, moderated community channels and the management of OCHIN's online member portal. Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
Work Location and Travel Requirements OCHIN is a 100% remote organization with no physical corporate office location. Employees work remotely from home and many of our positions also support our member organizations on-site for new software installations. Nationwide travel is determined based on OCHIN business needs. Please inquire during the interview process about travel requirements for this position. Work from home requirements are:
