Summary: The AVP, Financial Planning Experience is a highly visible leadership role within the firm's National Planning Institute (NPI), serving as the face of the financial planning team to financial advisors, leadership and internal partners. This is a deeply people and relationship centric role, focused on enabling financial advisors to engage in financial planning. Importantly, this role does not create financial plans directly. Instead, the AVP acts as an ambassador for the financial planning team by championing its value, driving awareness and adoption of financial planning services, and connecting advisors to the appropriate planning resources. The AVP partners closely with advisors, planning specialists, and cross-functional teams to enhance and deliver a high-quality, advisor-centric planning experience. They drive consistency and scalability across planning tools, frameworks, education, and support, all while reinforcing the firm's broader planning philosophy and elevating the impact of the planning team across the organization.
