About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Product Line Support Specialist to join a fast-paced apparel product creation team. This role supports the end-to-end seasonal product lifecycle, helping bring innovative apparel products from concept through launch. You will work closely with cross-functional partners in design, development, merchandising, and planning to ensure product data accuracy, timeline execution, and line readiness.

What You'll Do

Support Seasonal Product Line Execution



  • Assist in building and maintaining seasonal apparel assortments and product line plans
  • Track styles, SKUs, pricing, and product attributes across the line
  • Help ensure the assortment reflects consumer insights, market trends, and brand direction


Manage Product Data & Milestones



  • Maintain accurate product information in product lifecycle and tracking systems
  • Support key development milestones from concept through final confirmation
  • Track prototypes, samples, and product readiness across multiple stages


Cross-Functional Coordination



  • Partner with design, development, merchandising, and sourcing teams to keep product timelines on track
  • Support preparation for line reviews, assortment meetings, and presentations
  • Help translate product updates and feedback across teams


Consumer & Market Insights



  • Assist in analyzing consumer behavior, athlete feedback, and marketplace trends
  • Support teams in understanding how insights influence product decisions


Product Readiness & Reporting



  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product data across tools and systems
  • Support pricing, margin tracking, and SKU efficiency reporting
  • Help prepare materials for go-to-market readiness and leadership reviews


What We're Looking For

Required



  • 1+ year of experience in product support, merchandising, planning, retail operations, or related field
  • Strong comfort working with data (Excel or Google Sheets required)
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Interest in apparel, consumer products, or product creation


Preferred



  • Experience in apparel, sportswear, or consumer goods environments
  • Exposure to product development, assortment planning, or go-to-market processes
  • Interest in sport culture, athletes, or consumer trends
  • Familiarity with product data or lifecycle management tools (any PLM experience acceptable)
