Job Description * PC Refresh Project with 2.5k devices. * Will be a 16 week engagement with possibility of longer-term extension. * Team Size: 1 Lead, managing 2-4 Deployment Technicians. Lead Deployment Tech will be responsible for day-to-day reporting of interworking's of what's going on. If any issues arise but also the crew lead for 2-3 deployment techs. They will be essentially the onsite manager. The Lead Deployment Technician will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and professional deployment process. Deploying thin clients, monitors, laptops. Hot swap. Make sure everything is connected. Everything will be shipped out in waves from out of state. Imaging is done out of state in customer config lab. Working with end-users directly and ensuring all files are transferred correctly and printers are connected as well. The team will perform "search and destroy" hot swaps, ensuring proper connections, transferring user files, and connecting to printers, requiring direct end-user interaction. Working in a hospital environment is a huge plus. Professional standards need to be demonstrated. People living in Yuma is a requirement and must have reliable transformation. 2 hour round trip in commute candidate would really have to prove they could commit to that. Skills * Deployment, Hardware, Support, Customer service, Hardware/software, Desktop, Configuration, Technical support, Troubleshooting, Imaging, Windows, Asset management, Printers Top Skills Details * Deployment exp, previous LEAD experience, Hardware, IT Support, Customer service, Hardware/software, Desktop, Configuration, Technical support, Troubleshooting Lead Tech Responsibilities: - Provide day-to-day reporting on project progress and any arising issues. - Act as the "manager" for a team of 2-3 Deployment Technicians, overseeing their daily activities and ensuring adherence to schedules. - Manage and resolve issues promptly as they arise during deployment. - Delegate tasks to the deployment team and ensure efficient workflow. - Communicate daily with the Project Manager, providing updates and addressing concerns. - Participate in a pilot program (slated for June 1st) to work with the Project Manager, develop documentation, learn processes, and understand scope of work. - Oversee the deployment of thin clients, monitors, and laptops. - Ensure professional interaction with end-users, including doctors, assisting with file transfers and printer connections. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Yuma, AZ. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
