Customer Service & Order Management Coordinator (Entry Level) Position Overview This entrylevel role supports a Performance Films business and is responsible for coordinating activities that enable effective sales, service, and distribution support for customers. The position focuses on customer order management, inventory and demand analysis, and close collaboration with sales and supply chain teams. This role supports the busy/peak season, and many successful candidates are considered for opportunities in other areas of the organization after the peak period. Key Responsibilities * Manage customer purchase orders from order entry through invoicing * Respond to customer requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally and efficiently * Enter and maintain customer forecasts within SAP * Analyze customer demand and inventory levels across the distribution network * Participate in meetings with customers to gather forecasting information * Partner closely with Sales, Demand Planning, Logistics, and internal stakeholders * Coordinate with thirdparty warehouses to monitor shipments * Communicate proactively with customers regarding shipment status and potential delays * Maintain accurate customer records and generate reports as needed * Build strong relationships with customers and internal partners * Promote teamwork and serve as backup support for colleagues when required Work Environment * Primarily emailbased communication * Limited outbound phone work; participation in a shared phone queue is required * Fastpaced role with shifting priorities, especially during peak season Qualifications Required * Bachelor's degree (preferred fields include Business, Marketing, Finance, or related disciplines) * 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales support, retail/restaurant, supply chain, manufacturing, or similar environments * Strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills * Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills, including Excel and Word Preferred * Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce (not required; training provided) Skills & Competencies * Customer service and customer support * Strong communication and problemsolving abilities * Attention to detail and followthrough * Teamoriented mindset * Selfmotivated and highly organized Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
