Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting warehouse operations through order pulling, staging, inventory handling, shipping, receiving, and forklift operation. This role requires safe operation of sit-down forklifts and cherry pickers, including work at heights up to 20 feet. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining organized and accurate inventory processes.

Job Responsibilities



  • Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment and delivery.
  • Operate sit-down forklifts and cherry pickers safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload trucks and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials and inventory.
  • Perform inventory handling and material organization tasks.
  • Operate warehouse equipment at heights up to 20 feet as required.
  • Maintain accurate order picking and inventory processes with strong attention to detail.
  • Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times.
  • Follow warehouse procedures, operational guidelines, and safety standards.
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, returns, and general warehouse support duties as assigned.


Job Requirements



  • Minimum of 6 months of recent warehouse experience required.
  • Minimum of 6 months of recent sit-down forklift experience required.
  • Ability to operate a cherry picker and work at heights up to 20 feet.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials safely.
  • Reliable work history with minimal employment gaps preferred.
  • Ability to work in a physically active warehouse environment.
  • Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn warehouse inventory preferred.


Work Experience



  • Experience in warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment preferred.
  • Forklift operation experience required.
  • Experience operating cherry pickers preferred.
