Role: Production Technician Level 2 Location: Onsite Schedule: Cycle is 2,2,3 (44 hours, 36 hours, 40 hours); 2 days on, 2 days off, 2 days in, 3 days off Overview: Join a dedicated team as a Production Technician Level 2, responsible for various operational tasks in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment. This role requires adherence to safety protocols and efficient handling of materials to support production operations. Key Responsibilities: Set up and break down Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) space and equipment Accurately and efficiently move process materials (up to 50 lbs) in accordance with procedures Work in compliance with procedures, documentation, government regulations, and safety programs Manage inventory and tasks for aseptic growth Prepare and move equipment as needed Operate and monitor equipment including RCCS, shell freezers, Wheaton Carts, and Tube Welders Set QC status and expiry of sterile equipment Provide materials and support to maintain equipment and systems knowledge (SAP, MES, Kanbans, PLC) Deliver samples and manage labeling and inventory of clean/sterile equipment Participate in safety training and compliance events Required Qualifications: Must be able to pass SAM screening Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
