Logistics Center Associate I - Shipping

As a Logistics Center Associate I, you will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day warehouse operations and ensuring the accurate, timely movement of products to customers. In this hands-on position, you will contribute to a team-driven environment while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

You'll work within a fast-paced logistics center where attention to detail and teamwork are critical. This role also offers the opportunity to build foundational experience in supply chain operations while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement (LEAN).

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Work Environment: On-site warehouse/logistics center

• Package products accurately and efficiently to prepare customer shipments
• Process customer orders and transactions using SAP or similar systems
• Coordinate shipments with multiple carriers to ensure timely delivery
• Support shipping and fulfillment operations, including cross-functional tasks as needed
• Maintain accuracy and compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team efficiency

• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems and processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and standard procedures
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP or other warehouse management systems
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment
