Job Title: Business Operations Specialist

Location(s): GPO (Pensacola, FL)

Job Summary:

The Business Operations Specialist will support the Real Estate Lending team by facilitating operational processes and ensuring efficient workflow within the department. The role requires a candidate who can work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, reporting onsite a minimum of 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the management of real estate lending operations.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure compliance with client Hybrid Guidelines.
  • Support the development and implementation of operational strategies.
  • Monitor and report on project progress and outcomes.
  • Provide administrative support to the lending team as needed.
Required Qualifications:
  • 1-5 years of experience in business operations or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
