Job Description

The Marketing Analyst will be a key member of the North America Visa Direct Marketing team, supporting a range of high-impact initiatives that accelerate client adoption, usage, and growth of Visa Direct solutions.

This role sits at the intersection of client engagement, go-to-market strategy, and marketing execution, offering exposure to some of Visa's most strategic clients and programs. You will play a critical role in helping clients bring innovative money movement solutions to market-translating strategy into execution and driving measurable business outcomes.

In this role, you will contribute across a portfolio of client-facing marketing initiatives, with responsibilities evolving based on business needs and priorities. Core areas of focus may include:

  • Client Marketing & Co-Creation: Support the development and execution of co-marketing programs with key clients and partners and help shape go-to-market approaches that drive adoption, activation, and sustained usage
  • Demand Generation & Campaign Support: Contribute to integrated marketing programs designed to accelerate pipeline and deal progression, supporting campaign execution, optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Experiential & Event Activation: Support the planning and delivery of client-facing events, executive engagements, and industry moments, helping translate event engagement into measurable follow-up and pipeline impact.
  • Insights & Performance: Analyze program and client performance to identify opportunities for growth and optimization, translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations for both internal teams and clients.

You will work in a highly collaborative environment, partnering closely with Sales, UI/UX teams, Marketing Services, and the Global Customer Growth team. You will act as a connector across these teams to ensure that client programs are well designed, effectively executed, and optimized for performance.

This is a client-facing role that requires strong presence and confidence in ambiguous and fast-moving environments. You will:

  • Engage directly with clients as a trusted marketing partner
  • Bring forward recommendations grounded in data, insight, and best practice
  • Navigate competing priorities while maintaining focus on program success
  • Advocate for approaches that drive long-term value-for both clients and Visa

Success in this role requires sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance client partnership with clear, confident advocacy for the Visa brand and Visa Direct product.

What you will do day to day:

  • Execute co-marketing programs and support go-to-market launches with key clients and partners
  • Support the design and delivery of go-to-market programs, helping clients bring new solutions and experiences to life
  • Support client-facing activations and events, ensuring strong follow-up and pipeline conversion
  • Analyze campaign and program performance to drive optimization and gather insights that inform and shape client marketing strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, UX, and Marketing teams
  • Engage with clients to provide guidance on marketing best practices, helping shape programs for long-term success
  • Track and communicate program performance, linking marketing activities to pipeline progression, usage, and revenue
  • Contribute to the development of scalable playbooks, frameworks, and best practices to support repeatable success across clients and programs
  • Leverage AI extensively for data management, creative development and overall project management.

Why this role is important:

This role plays a direct part in how Visa Direct shows up with clients-from initial engagement through program scale. By helping clients launch effectively and drive ongoing usage, you will contribute to pipeline acceleration, revenue growth, and stronger long-term partnerships.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, analytics, or related field.Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services is a strong advantage

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform marketing and business decisions

  • Experience applying AI tools-including agent-based solutions-to improve marketing effectiveness, streamline workflows, and drive data-informed decision making

  • Experience in client-facing roles supporting or executing client or partner marketing programs

  • Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing including acquisition, activation, and usage growth

  • Ability to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams

  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working across Sales, Product, UX, and Marketing functions

  • Executive presence, clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced organization

  • Results oriented with a focus on measurable business outcomes such as adoption, usage, and revenue growth

The estimated salary range for this positionis $109,700.00 to $ 170,200.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.

This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
