What to Expect You'll work across departments-Finance, Operations, Compliance, Service-to design and deliver systems that keep Tesla's Robotaxi fleet visible, compliant, and operationally ready. We value transparent communication, technical clarity through design docs, and getting things done via the shortest path (no chain-of-command gatekeeping). This is a high-trust, high-accountability environment where you'll have direct impact on Tesla's autonomous mobility mission.
