Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Performance and Scorecard Governance

  • Own end-to-end program management for strategic customer scorecard initiatives, including KPI tracking, root cause analysis, and cross-functional corrective action planning
  • Build and maintain executive-ready reporting frameworks that translate operational data into decision-ready insights
  • Partner with sales, operations, and product teams across global manufacturing sites to close performance gaps and sustain top-tier rankings

Security and Compliance Program Management

  • Serve as the internal program lead for external security and compliance audit cycles initiated by enterprise customers, coordinating evidence collection, gap remediation, and cross-functional readiness across global teams
  • Maintain audit calendars, track remediation milestones, and ensure timely closure of findings in alignment with customer requirements
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external audit counterparts throughout the audit lifecycle

Cross-Functional Transformation Programs

  • Lead internal transformation workstreams involving process redesign, organizational alignment, and change management across matrixed global teams
  • Design program operating models including governance cadences, RACI structures, and milestone tracking
  • Integrate AI tools (Copilot, data dashboards, automation workflows) into program management to improve cycle time and reporting accuracy

Stakeholder and Executive Communication

  • Prepare and deliver executive briefings, award nomination materials, and strategic business documents for senior leadership and key customer stakeholders
  • Manage complex stakeholder landscapes across time zones, functions, and organizational levels with minimal friction
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of product experience in an IT relevant industry
  • Experience working directly with customers and ability to understand technical requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in datacenter, infrastructure, manufacturing, or supply chain environments (ISG-aligned)
  • Background in security, compliance, or risk governance programs (e.g., customer audits, regulatory frameworks)
  • Experience managing enterprise customer scorecards or supplier performance programs
  • Strong working knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
  • Experience leveraging automation or AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to improve program delivery
