Employment Duration: 3 months The Project Coordinator applies professional concepts to conduct analytical studies or projects of moderate scope and complexity to address a variety of policy, research, and procedural issues. The incumbent analyzes issues and problems, gathers data and information, evaluates alternatives, and makes recommendations. The Project Coordinator will assist Project Leaders and work under general supervision to support departmental and principal investigator research and community programs. The role utilizes organizational, communication, technical, coordination, and analytical skills. Responsibilities include communication, coordination, and tracking of deliverables for The Kidney Project (TKP) and the Master of Translational Medicine (MTM) program. The position also supports implementation activities, organizes and executes meetings and events, and manages day-to-day social and digital media channels, including websites, social media platforms, and email communications for The Kidney Project (TKP) and the Department of Bioengineering and Therapeutic Sciences. Attendance at MTM events, including orientation at UCSF and UC Berkeley, Winter Showcase, MTM Symposium, and Commencement, is required and may occur outside regularly scheduled workdays. The Department of Bioengineering and Therapeutic Sciences reports to both the School of Medicine and the School of Pharmacy. Faculty conduct basic, translational, and clinical research in drug development, pharmacogenomics, therapeutic engineering, and computational biology. The department supports research, clinical trials, community engagement, and education programs for PharmD, MD, Master's in Translational Medicine, and PhD students. Key Responsibilities:

Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF.
