Quality Engineer
Spirax Sarco is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to drive quality assurance and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment. Are you someone who thrives on precision, collaboration, and problem-solving? If so, join us onsite in Blythewood, SC, where your expertise will ensure product quality, process consistency, and compliance with company and customer standards through data-driven analysis, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
This is a hands-on role, onsite five days a week, where you will support operational excellence and reinforce our commitment to safety, reliability, and innovation. Together, we'll build a future defined by quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring
3+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a related manufacturing role.
Strong knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action processes.
Experience with inspection methods, quality documentation, and continuous improvement tools.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive cross-functional problem-solving.

Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards, procedures, and inspection plans to meet internal and customer requirements.
Monitor manufacturing processes and product quality to identify risks, nonconformances, and improvement opportunities.
Lead root cause investigations and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues.
Collaborate with production, engineering, supply chain, and customer-facing teams to enhance process capability and product performance.
Review technical drawings, specifications, and requirements to support quality planning and validation activities.
Conduct internal audits, support external audits, and maintain accurate quality documentation and records.
Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, reduce defects, and improve overall performance.
Support new product introductions (NPI), process changes, supplier quality, and validation of quality requirements.
Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections to verify conformance with established standards.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and quality excellence across the organization.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
Knowledge of quality systems, inspection processes, and problem-solving methodologies.
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and process documentation.
Proficiency with quality tools, data analysis, and Microsoft Office applications.
