What to Expect
The Business Process Associate, Fleet Operations is part of the Registrations Operations organization and will work with cross-functional stakeholders, financial institutions, fleet management companies, and state regulators. The Regional Fleet Associate will complete vehicle registration transactions for Tesla owned vehicles and will coordinate with Registration Operation leaders on any registration escalation concerns as needed. What You'll Do
- Manage exception cases and/or
registration escalations - Coordinates
with Sales, Service and Delivery teams to ensure that all required documents pertaining to the transaction are complete and accurate - Manage
internal stakeholders such as business teams, financial institutions, fleet management companies and 3rdparty vendors - Oversee
large internal fleet of vehicles ensuring accurate and on-time submission of DMV documentation across assigned markets including plate and audit management - Ensures
title perfection and provide proof of liens to bank and other related parties - Manage and
solution a wide range of title and registration escalations and provide on processes including cross border scenarios - Records
information and ensures data quality in multiple record keeping systems including but not limited to DRO, SCA, AMP, FMT and other internal or state/3rdparty registration tools as necessary
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
experience - DMV
experience is required - Strong
written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of management - Ability to
problem solve and navigates through ambiguous situations - Ability to
work independently and think creatively with a proven track record of execution - Superior
attention to detail under tight deadlines - Comfort
working in a fast paced environment

Expected Compensation
$68,400 - $119,700/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
