Overview:

Responsibilities:
* Support the efforts of the sales team to drive top-line revenue for the hotel.
* Manages and assigns all sales inquiries for group, catering, and private dining sales.
* Assist sales managers with preparation of contracts, proposals, and addendums.
* Create departmental POs and maintain inventory of office supplies, collateral, and promotional items
* Accurately record and process direct opportunities in hotel sales system (Delphi and Tripleseat)
* Assist clients and media in the absence of the Sales Manager
* Coordinate client site inspections and preplanning visits
* Assist managers with RFP responses, and meeting arrangements as needed
Qualifications:
* Must be self-directed, motivated and demonstrate intuitive customer service and interpersonal skills
* Passionate for hospitality and effectively engages with internal and external clients
* Communicates clearly, concisely, and openly in all interactions
* Has exceptional attention to detail, organizational, analytical and time management skills
* Multi-tasks and priorities in a fast-paced work environment
* Exercises sound judgment evaluates situations and utilizes appropriate and creative resources to solve problems
* Is technologically savvy, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Delphi FDC and Opera preferred
