Application Support Specialist

Key Exciting Responsibilities

* Provide essential enterprise support by diagnosing and resolving complex application issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.

* Coordinate and streamline critical escalations, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams for timely resolutions.

* Leverage and master AI-powered support tools and LLMs to optimize daily workflows and support tasks while strictly maintaining data confidentiality.

* Act as a trusted application expert, empowering customers to fully utilize and succeed with our software ecosystem.

Essential Skills & Experience

* Prior experience in a dedicated customer support or related client-facing role with a strong customer-centric mindset.

* Degree or coursework in technology, business, accounting, or a related discipline.

* Adept at working with AI-powered tools, virtual assistants, or chatbots, including clear prompting skills.

* Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace and a passion for mastering software solutions.

* Strong problem-solving abilities paired with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Bonus Points For

* Basic exposure to SQL.

* Demonstrated experience building AI automations

* Background in accounting, construction, or construction accounting.

* Hands-on experience with ERP systems or Vista software.

* A natural knack for technology, often being the go-to person for solving technical challenges.
