** PLEASE NOTE: This role is a Secondment / FTC - Until the End of December 2027 ** Business Introduction Position Summary This role provides senior logistics process leadership to successfully deliver the Global Logistics Template as a part of the ERP Evolution programme. The role ensures that logistics processes covering Site and Commercial Warehousing, Sales and Distribution, and associated satellite solutions (e.g. Labelling (Loftware) and Cold Chain) are consistently implemented across GSK, enabling global standardisation, regulatory compliance, and value realisation through S/4HANA. The Logistics Process Director is accountable for executing, deploying, and operationalising the GPOowned logistics template within the ERP Evolution programme, working in close partnership with the GPO, programme leadership, IT, and global supply chain stakeholders. ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Deployment: Alignment with Logistics Global Process Owner (GPO): The Logistics Global Process Owner (GPO) is the owner and governor of the global logistics template, standards, and endstate process design. The Logistics Process Director will act as a key partner to the GPO and collaborate closely to ensure GSK's logistics strategic direction and the ERP Evolution programme remain closely aligned. The role will drive fidelity to the approved global logistics template, adherence to global standards and process governance, and controlled management of deviations, localisation, and design decisions. In addition, this position may offer an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role.
