What You Will Do:
GFT is seeking a Project Manager, Construction Servicesto support our growing construction management practice in Fairfax / Washington DC area.

We oversee every construction phase to help ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest safety andquality standards. What you'll be challenged to do: Project Manager (PM) will serve as a primary point of contact to the WMATA Task Manager to lead, manage, and supervise the scope of work associated with the projects. All work shall conform to WMATA's Capital Program Delivery processes and procedures. This position requires an effective team leader who can mentor project team members and foster a working environment where culturally diverse project staff can collaborate to deliver projects on schedule and under cost while meeting the applicable quality standards found in WMATA's Safety and Security Plans and Procedures. The PM is responsible for managing all work for the respective project lifecycles to include the production of project deliverables. The nature of the work shall be considered high profile with substantial political interaction and public scrutiny. Specific responsibilities include planning, staffing, scheduling, budget management, quality control, safety, and coordination of plan review and internal technical and support staff. The duties for this role require the individual to work in-person from WMATA RBIR office with a minimum of a monthly site visit. The work you'll do:

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $135,000 - $165,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
