About the Role We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our team at our Swedesboro Bakery. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be accountable for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring efficient manufacturing operations, and maintaining product quality standards while driving continuous improvement across bakery processes. This role is vital in meeting customer demand, optimizing line performance, and ensuring compliance with production and quality specifications.This role requires you to be onsite four days per week, giving you hands-on collaboration with the team and daily exposure to the pulse of the business.
Compensation Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000

2nd Shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm
