Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Front Half (FH) Shift:Sun-Wed, 7 AM - 5:30 PM | OT schedule: 7 AM - 7 PM during peak times

Back Half (BH) Shift: Thur-Sat, 6 AM - 6:30 PM | OT may be scheduled on an FH shift day during peak times

Skills, Requirements, and Experience:



  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English required.
  • Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse lead, training, quality, or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Proficient with computers, including Gmail, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to motivate team members to achieve productivity and quality goals.
  • Ability to stand and walk for 10-12-hour shifts and regularly bend, reach, stretch, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Capable of safely operating pallet jacks and moving carts throughout the warehouse.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Lead daily warehouse operations within the assigned department while supporting other areas as business needs require.
  • Train, coach, and mentor new and existing team members on warehouse procedures, quality standards, and safety expectations.
  • Promote a positive, team-focused work environment by leading through example and maintaining professional communication.
  • Monitor workflow, conduct quality audits, and proactively identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality requirements, and established warehouse procedures.
  • Prepare work areas for shift transitions by verifying tasks are completed and outstanding issues are addressed.
  • Identify employee training opportunities and provide guidance to improve productivity, accuracy, and performance.
  • Support warehouse operations by assisting on the floor, maintaining confidentiality, and performing additional duties as assigned.

Our leads address problems and conduct audits frequently to identify issues, and follow up by providing constructive feedback to associates. Any of the Leads hired will train Monday through Friday but will be required to work one of the two following schedules after launch:


  • FH Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday 4'10s: 7:00AM-5:30PM

    • Overtime schedule: 7:00AM-7:00PM, when business needs require


  • BH Schedule: Thursday-Saturday 3'12s: 6:00AM-6:30PM

    • Overtime schedule: Will be assigned an OT day on FH Schedule when business needs require



Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as lead in a specific department with ability to flex to other departments as needed
  • Guide and train current and new employees on warehouse guidelines and new/updated procedures
  • Promote a positive team-oriented environment and lead by example
  • Help oversee daily assigned area
  • Enforce and maintain compliance and high quality standards with new and existing standards
  • Audit proactively to detect and solve problems
  • Ensure areas are ready for next shift i.e. all tasks completed, problem solve items solved
  • Communicate respectfully and effectively with associates when product quality is at risk
  • Identify training deficiencies in associates and work with them to improve accuracy
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Assist on the floor in other areas when needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Able to read, write, and speak English
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and motivational skills
  • Approachable, welcoming, and friendly
  • At least 1 year of experience in a quality, lead, or training role
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Hands-on and solution-oriented with ability to multitask as well as lead in fast-paced team environment
  • Flexible, able to effectively prioritize tasks
  • Outstanding organizational skills with both system and manual production environments
  • Lead by example with ability to motivate employees to maximize their efforts in productivity and quality
  • Computer experience including Gmail, Excel, Google Sheets

Physical Requirements

  • Stand/walk for up to10-12 hours
  • Regularly bend, lift, stretch and reach both below the waist and above the head
  • Ability to repeatedly lift and move items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to use a pallet jack/push and roll carts
