PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: CPKC operates around the clock delivering safe, dependable railway service, with the Signal and Communications (S&C) team serving as a key contributor within Engineering Operations. The Electronic Technician supports the installation, construction, testing, and commissioning of radio and base station equipment, wired and wireless communication systems, wayside detection technology, and train control systems. Through this work, the position helps maintain the reliability of critical infrastructure and supports the safe, efficient movement of trains across the network. POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:
