Position Description As a Mechanical Engineer, you will contribute to the design and development of chillers/air handling units from concept to production. You will work closely with senior engineers, cross-functional teams, and manufacturing to support product design, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives in a high-impact, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in the design and development of components and systems for HVAC products, including structural, thermal, ad mechanical aspects. Create and update detailed drawings, and BOMs in accordance with company standards. Perform basic engineering calculations, tolerance stack-ups, and stress/thermal analysis with supervision. Support prototype builds, testing, and design validation activities. Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain to ensure designs are cost-effective and manufacturable. Participate in design reviews and contribute to problem-solving efforts. Other job duties as assigned. Required Education & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. 1+ years of experience in an engineering environment or co-op/internship experience in an engineering environment. Proficiency with 3D CAD software (i.e. Solidworks, Creo, SolidEdge). Strong understanding of mechanical design fundamentals, materials, and manufacturing processes.
